Our friends in PG County, MD are fighting for survival in the Taxi Industry.  Just like in DC the people who want to monopolize the industry have hired lobbyists (remember Mr. Ray), who have been able to stop the democratization of the industry in PG County [thank god Ray didn't succeed we believe mostly due to the protest mounted by DC drivers on March 30 (Click here to watch the video) at The DC Council Press Conference].

If you leave and vote in PG County, please go to their website www.taxipetitions.com  and sign the petition.  It is important that we support their struggle.
